She's kinda been asking(ie bugging me ) if any of the peeps I talk to online in far away and exotic places could help out. If your able to let me know and I'll PM you my addy. Thanks ya'll, I really appreciate it and so does my g/f. Instead of sending several PMs with my addy I'll just post it in the private area since I'm not worried about anyone that has access doing something crazy with it(I better not get a hundred large Pizzas at my door ). _________________

sorry man, not likely. i haven't been on any instant messaging or real-time shit in months. haven't had a cell phone for that time either, and i don't miss any of it. this is in no way personal, but it's all bullshit. forums and facebook are at least asynchronous; they're more like writing letters (badly). there's no expectation of instant reply, and no need to be glued to a machine. i might check facebook every 30 minutes some days, but i spend those other 29 minutes reading, cleaning, exercising, etc. i dunno man, i guess that's the best explanation i got, but in any regard the machines of consumerism can suck my organic free-range cock.

I'll reconnect Skype one of these days. Not a lot of time lately.
I'm back to working 13 hour shifts and also got called in last night and worked till about 2:00 A.M. The electrical transmission lines went out from a nearby city and one of our 1200 amp feeders caught fire. I was the nearest electrician so there we go. To top it all off, the wife was out of cigarettes and I had to get back out to get her an emergency supply
I'm still pretty sleepy, but the workload today is being taken care of by my crew. I'm glad to have them here. In the meantime, I'm killing trojans and rootkits. Brainless work, but productive in a way. _________________

I'd kill for some 13hour shifts atm...though after doing it for a while i know how you must feel (i spent two months doing 14 hour shifts and two weeks of that was without break)
Nik...Organic free range cock....LOL, i'm going to work that into a sentence just as soon as i can! _________________ BMF

I sent a postcard with the Texas Capitol building on it from my mother in law's house in Austin. I found one with the Alamo on it and talked with a friend in San Antonio. I'll send the card to him and he'll post it from there.
I still haven't found one from Kyle, but I've seen them before. I think I can find one in a specialty store downtown if I can make my way over there while they're open. Kinda difficult since they're open pretty much just when they happen to be there and I work late most days.
That, and the owner's getting up there in age. He wasn't looking too spry the last time we happened by when they were open. He's a real cool dude though. Lot's of interesting stories to tell to anyone who'll sit and listen. I can always make time for that sort of thing after a nip of whiskey.
